Very bad service at night. They measured the beers at an overprice and that I bought at 10.30 pm. There is no prohibition. From the authorities and they charged me 164 pesos for 4 beers and the most indignant thing is that they were repugnant. There was a lady with glasses, a girl and a guy who charged me without a ticket. Hopefully this reaches the eyes of the owner or the manager because they are incurring irregularities that can be reported to the appropriate person. If not, better not buy there anymore

I am a frequent customer because I live in the area, I want to report the two ladies who were on the late-night shift yesterday (both of short stature) I went at approximately 9 to buy cigarettes, I paid with a 100 bill and they did not want to charge me for not I had change, I waited for more customers to arrive, they already had change and they refused to buy from me, arguing BUT that one as a customer SHOULD AND IS OBLIGED to bring change; I add that this is NOT the first time they have denied me a service, on several occasions they have denied me the product even though it is on display, they deny card payment, they deny phone recharges and ALWAYS with an arrogant, haughty and VERY rude attitude. Yesterday when I left I told them I would report them for their rude attitude and they both made fun (out loud) and said "it was worth it" if I did whatever I wanted to them, that didn't harm them in any way, when I left the store they insulted me saying "fucking old woman" crazy" and they started laughing at me. I am not the first client to complain about them and I believe, as a serious company that lives off the consumer, it is necessary to be more careful with the staff they hire to avoid legal problems.
